During the collection of your car rental at the pick-up point, you will need:

  • Car rental voucher
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Credit card (in the name of the main driver)
  • ID proof (preferably a passport or national ID)

Rental inclusions vary from supplier to supplier and country to country, generally, a car rental will include services like collision damage waiver (CDW), airport & location fee, theft protection (THW), local taxes, and unlimited mileage. You may refer to the “Rental Terms” link on the car search result page or if you have already booked a car, please refer to your confirmation voucher.

Most of the car rental suppliers would require a credit card in the main driver’s name to pay the security deposit at the rental desk. Check the ‘Rental Terms’ section for any other payment methods of your preferred supplier. If you have already booked the car you can refer to your booking voucher.

 

You will need a valid credit card in the lead driver’s name, as most rental companies require this for the security deposit.
Upon reserving a car from VIPCars.com, you would be required to pay a small booking amount from the total payment at our website, while the rest of the payment is to be made at the rental desk when you present your voucher to collect your booked car.
